===== Step 1 - Connect to server =====

Open the //Finder// on your Mac and choose //Go// > //Connect to Server...// in the menu bar:

In the dialog window //Connect to Server//, enter the network address of your SMB share (e.g., "smb:%%//%%idnas03.d.uzh.ch/G_LINGUISTIK_Data$") and click on //Connect//:

If prompted, click on //Connect// to confirm the attempt to connect to the server.

Enter your user name (UZH shortname) and password (Active Directory password) and click on //Connect//:

After the connection is successfully estabished, the SMB share appears as a network drive in the //Finder//:
