It is possible to record a participant in each booth simultaneously allowing for directed speech experiments with up to 5 participants. Each booth is equipped with a Røde 1000 large diaphrame condensor microphone and DT 770 head phones. These are available both for loan with a laptop or on a dedicated data processing system in the lab. LiRI also hosts its own RedCap server for research data collection and serveys.
