The LiRI Corpus Platform (LCP) is a software system for handling and querying corpora of different kinds. Users can query corpora directly from their browser, and upload their own corpora using a command-line interface.

LCP is highly modular: it allows corpus authors to define flexible layering and annotation of their mono- or multilingual and mono- or multimodal data. It comes with a dedicated language DQD (Descriptive Query Definition) that lets users manipulate layers and annotations in complex queries.

LCP software system consists of several different applications, each allowing the querying and visualisation of different kind of corpora:

• catchphrase - interface for querying textual corpora
• soundscript - interface for querying audio corpora
• VIAN - interface for querying multimodal corpora

By the end of 2024, digital editions will also be implemented and added to LCP system.
