... connect to LiRI SFTP storage using Cyberduck
Step 1 - Download and install Cyberduck
Download the latest version of Cyberduck for your OS (Windows 10 or macOS) from https://cyberduck.io.
To install Cyberduck, execute the downloaded .exe file (Windows 10) or extract the downloaded .zip file (macOS).
Step 2 - Connect to LiRI SFTP storage
Open Cyberduck and click on the Open Connection icon:
In the dialog window, select “SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)” from the first drop-down menu and set the remaining input fields as follows:
- Server = “liristorage.linguistik.uzh.ch”
- Port = 22
- Username = “<SFTP user name>” (corresponds to the name of your LiRI SFTP storage share)
Select your private key file from the SSH Private Key drop-down menu, or, if it does not figure in the list, locate the private key file via “Choose”, and click on Connect:
After the connection is successfully estabished, the LiRI SFTP storage's root directory appears in Cyberduck's file manager:
