Regulations Overview


LiRI is an approved technology platform of the University of Zurich, specialized for linguistic and language-related research and technology. LiRI is part of the Swiss Roadmap of Research Infrastructures 2021-2024 and is as such conceived as a national platform open to researchers of all Swiss universities and other institutions of Higher Education; it is also open to external users.

Below you find important information about the regulations in the various service domains of LiRI. Please read carefully. In order to attest that you understand and accept the described terms and conditions, with regard to most services you are obligated either to hand in signed documents before you can have access to the them, or to confirm your consent during setting up and processing your project in LiRI's bFabric management system.

Fees And Billing

You can find a downloadable summery of the LiRI fee structure for academic projects here: Fee Structure. This current current fees list is valid until 2022-06-30.
